Slush is the largest tech event in Finland. We've organized various official Slush events & private events around throughout the years and served as the primary partner for exclusive guest flavours.
In 2015 we ran a small Nordic restaurant in the conference and in 2016 we partnered with Wolt to implement two concept restaurants to the Slush conference. The idea was experiment how to introduce a new way to order food in a busy conference setup with an app. 2017 onwards we have focused on Slush events in our venues, hosting speaker dinners, press events and private parties.
We implement different experiments for Helsinki City. One of the latest was Siisti Silakka, which was a popup restaurant for the Helsinki City to introduce a modern approach of cooking into the herring market. The restaurant was an experiment that served new delicacies made from Finnish Baltic Sea herring and was well received.
The customers were most impressed with our tasting menu which combined the uniqueness of herring with the tastes of the world.
